Advanced Multimission Platform (AMP) 145
Advanced Multimission Platform (AMP) 145 launched in 2012 with the purpose of being mission-flexible and ever ready. Its twin MTU 20V4000 M93L engines power her Hamilton waterjets and push her to a top speed of 35 knots even with her 311 tons of displacement weight. At 145’ (44m), her weight is made considerably lighter than it could be by the use of an epoxy resin hull, which is strong, but lightweight and easy and inexpensive to repair and maintain.
The Lebanese Navy purchased her as their most technologically advanced craft. She is boosting the Lebanese Navy’s ability to monitor and patrol its territorial waters as well as partner with international maritime security efforts in the Eastern Mediterranean. DLBA is proud to be the Naval Architect and Designer of this intimidating craft.
