DLBA HAS IMPLEMENTED BEST PRACTICES IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PROJECTS
Throughout our history, DLBA has implemented best practices in project management for our own internal design programs, and externally to our customers in support of their projects. OUR PROCESS
KNOWING AND COMMUNICATING THE DETAILS
DLBA continues to manage a project through the construction phase after the design work is complete. Producing a quality vessel on time and on budget can be challenging and stressful at the same time. However, our team uses client-driven and industry-approved best practices in project management to reduce risk and make the build process easier on the mind.
In addition to project management, we offer technical oversight and compliance inspections to owners and shipyards. We stay on board to support our projects through construction to sea trials and delivery with an effort to make the process as smooth, efficient, and painless as possible.
Vessels live long lives, and for this reason we offer through life support to owners, builders, and operators. As boats age, technology advances and new components are introduce to the market. Embracing these changes and integrating them into existing platform, using a structured management processes, can extend the useful life of a vessel appreciably.
Since its inception in 1988, DLBA has managed construction for a variety of boat types: yachts, sportfish, patrol boats, barges, ferries, and more. See what we have offered in the past and imagine what we can offer you in the future.
