PROJECT:

OVATION
(FORMERLY SAMURAI)

Ovation, formerly known as Samurai, is a 2006 Jim Smith Tournament Boat’s design and build with DLBA Naval Architects providing the Naval Architecture. She earns her name in speed, layout, and style. She has two 16v 2000 M91s which are undaunted by her 54 tons and boost her to 43 knots at top speed and a cruising speed of 35 knots. At cruising speed, she can get an incredible 140 GPH fuel burn. Her layout makes good use of her 85’(26m) length on all decks including 5 staterooms, the salon, and the galley. For all this, she doesn’t lack in style with teak woodwork as a connective piece both in her interior and exterior.
